Our quenched and tempered forged super alloy steel chain connector (hammerlock) link is is designed to securely join chains in industrial applications and is suitable for use with EN 818 G100 chains. Each link is individually proof tested at 2.5 times the working load limit (WLL) and fatigue tested at 1.5 times the WLL for 20,000 cycles, with 100% Magnaflux crack detection. Each connector features an electro galvanized spring sleeve and pin, and is coated in a blue powder plasticised finish. Mill and test certificates are available upon request.
